2007 Conference, York: Attendance, Presentation Format and Dinner

With September fast approaching, we need to get some more specific up-to-date information from contributors and from all others who plan to attend the conference in York.

Attendance

For health and safety reasons, we need to be able to provide an accurate assessment of the number of people attending the lectures from the 6^th to the 9^th of September. For that reason, we would be very grateful if you could fill in the form below, by entering your name and simply clicking on those morning and afternoon sessions that you plan or are able to attend.

Presentation formats (Posters & Powerpoints)

The draft timetable for oral presentations is now posted on this website. However, these represent c.50% of the total number of papers being offered and this is where we need more information. All those who are presenting via Poster or Powerpoint need to tell us in advance which medium they are using so that we can make adequate provision; space on walls and computers etc. Thanks to those of you who have already told us, but to be doubly sure, we'd be grateful if you could all confirm your choice of medium.

Dinner: Saturday 8^th September

Contributors to the conference have had the option of attending the conference dinner and a number have booked and paid for places. Can we now ask you to confirm your attendance and, more importantly, to indicate any special dietary requirements that you may have (e.g. vegetarian, allergy etc).
